General Assembly

Meeting of the General Assembly shall be held once in a year and it shall be called Annual General Assembly. At any time, a meeting of the Special General Assembly may be called by the Executive Committee if it thinks is necessary. Notification of such meeting shall be given to all the members of the assembly at least 15 days in advance. The ordinary and organizational members shall have the right to participate in the meetings of the General Assembly or Special General Assembly and cast votes.

 

The General Assembly shall elect the Executive Committee members, approve the budget, appoint auditor and fix his or her remuneration; formulate the policies and programs of the organization and decide on related matters in accordance with the provisions of the Charter.
