Executive Committee

• There shall be seven members in the Executive Committee. The first Executive Committee shall be formed by the founding members of the organization along with the other member who have joined the organization after its registration.
• Election of the Executive Committee members shall be held through secret ballots by the General Assembly from among its members only. The founding members shall be the first members of the Executive Committee.
• Members of the Executive Committee shall elect from among themselves:
    President one | Vice-President one | Secretary one | Treasurer one
• The term of the office of the Executive Committee members shall be four years.
• Members of the Executive Committee may resign by submitting the resignation to the President of the Committee.
• Apart from the provisions provided elsewhere in the Charter, the term of office of the Executive Committee members shall come to an end in the following situations:
  
  • If a vote of no confidence is passed against him or her by the two third majority of the General Assembly
  • If the Executive Committee expels on the ground of remaining absent in the meetings of the Committee three times consecutively without giving reasonable grounds and proper notice
  • If he or she ceases to be a member of the General Assembly.
